The car has a 318 in it right now and it's a great little engine. It has a 4BBl intake but right now the carb is on my 66.
The reason I am selling the car is to try to get my 66 on the road.
It has the power bulge hood, front and rear spoilers, Magnum 500 wheels with pretty good tires. The domes hoods alone sell for 850-1250.
As far as body, it DESPERATELY needs a right door and fender due to rust through.
The car came with A/C, Power Windows, Am/FM and rear defog. All this works except for the A/C, That is missing parts, BUT I think I have pieces that will work.
It has bucket seats, slap stik, and the rally dash.
I have for the car, new interior (haven't bought headliner or dashpad), NOS marker lights, NOS Fender turn signals, AND EVERYTHING to put a fat block in the car including TWO
400 engines. I have the 8-3/4 rear end housing, and axles with a 3.23 rear gear. I also have a rebuilt SMALL BLOCK 727 trans if you wanted to leave the 318 in place, the 904 in the car lost second gear, which is why I quit driving it.
I have a complete hideaway headlight setup, and the 71 louvered R/T taillights.
I've checked into the value of these cars and the consensus seems to be, with all the extra stuff, about 2500 bucks. I WILL listen to reasonable offers.
The changeover parts and one of the engines is still in a 78 Cordoba, which is part of this as well.
If I do sell it, I want to sell the WHOLE deal. I don't want to part out this stuff just because I don't want to end up with somebody wanting the cool
parts I have and I end up keeping the car and have to collect all this stuff again to build it the way I want it.
Like I said, the ONLY reason I have it for sale right now is to try to get the 66 on the road.
Let me know if it is something you might be interested in. If my job situation gets better I will probably keep it (like I need it!!!)
